Canoe Pass Inn is located near the mouth of the Fraser River in Ladner British Columbia. Ladner is a village community in Delta, BC, and is home of the Reifel Bird Sanctuary on Westham Island.

Our unique floating home bed and breakfast offers accommodation with a direct view of Westham Island and is just a bicycle ride away from this sanctuary famous for bird watching all over the world.

Stay in the comfort of our float home and you're only 35 minutes from downtown Vancouver, BC and only 30 minutes from the US border at Blaine, Washington.

Canoe Pass Inn is only a 20 minute drive to the Vancouver International Airport, or 15 minutes to the BC Ferries Terminal at Tsawwassen where you can sail to the Southern Gulf Islands or Victoria or Nanaimo on Vancouver Island.
