Our unique floating home bed and breakfast is located at the mouth of the Fraser River in an historically rich area of Ladner known as Canoe Pass.

Ladner is part of South Delta and located only minutes from the BC Ferries Terminal in Tsawwassen. The location offers great convenience to travelers visiting Vancouver and Vancouver Island.

Boaters, walkers, cyclists, and bird watchers have long enjoyed it here as a wonderfully scenic and restful spot to spend a day. Known around the world by bird watchers everywhere, the Reifel Bird Sanctuary is just across the Westham Island Bridge from our B&B and the village of Ladner is just a 5 minute bike ride down the dike.

Your hosts are an established fishing family that currently use these docks as our home base.
